The controller of your personal data is Maksymilian Fikus, Poznań, Poland, who runs maksymilianfikus.pl. For anything related to your data, email kontakt@maksymilianfikus.pl.

When you send an enquiry through the form or by email, I process the details you provide: name, email address, company name, your message and, optionally, a budget and demo settings.

I do this to reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer or demo (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps prior to entering into a contract) and on the basis of my legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

I keep this data for as long as the conversation requires and, if we do not work together, no longer than 12 months after the last message.

Only after you click “Accept” in the banner does the site use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). It then collects visit information: which pages you view, where you came from, device type and approximate location (country, city). I never link this data to your name or email address.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the “Change cookie settings” button on this page or in the footer. Data in Google Analytics is kept for 14 months.

Without consent the Google script is not loaded at all and no data is sent to Google.

• _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics cookies) – only with consent; tell visits apart, up to 2 years.

The demo configurator stores nothing on a server. An uploaded logo stays in your browser only.

I use trusted providers that process data on my behalf:

• Vercel Inc. – website hosting and form handling,
• Resend – sending messages from the form,
• ImprovMX and Google (Gmail) – handling the kontakt@maksymilianfikus.pl mailbox,
• Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Analytics, only with your consent.

Some of them operate in the USA. Transfers rely on the European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
